Cooking Instructions:

To make a delicious mutton dish using Swasdi Mutton Masala, follow these cooking instructions:

Ingredients:
- Mutton pieces
- Onions, chopped
- Tomatoes, chopped or pureed
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Swasdi Mutton Masala
- Oil or ghee
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. **Marinate the Mutton:**
   - Clean the mutton pieces thoroughly and pat them dry.
   - In a bowl, mix the mutton pieces with ginger-garlic paste, a tablespoon of Swasdi Mutton Masala, and salt to taste.
   - Let the mutton marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

2. **Cooking the Mutton:**
   - Heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
   - Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
   - Add the marinated mutton pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
   - Stir in chopped tomatoes or tomato puree and cook until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
   - Sprinkle Swasdi Mutton Masala over the mutton and mix well to coat the pieces evenly.
   - Add water to the pot until the mutton pieces are submerged.
   - Cover the pressure cooker or pot with a lid and cook until the mutton is tender. If using a pressure cooker, cook for about 15-20 minutes or as per your cooker's instructions. If using a regular pot, it may take longer, around 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the tenderness of the meat.

3. **Final Touches:**
   - Once the mutton is cooked to perfection, check for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
   - Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves if desired.
   - Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
