SELF-ASSESSMENT (Before Treatment)

Dyslexia Awareness Screening Test

Introduction:
This short screening test helps identify if a person might show early signs of Dyslexia.
It is not a medical diagnosis but a self-assessment tool to encourage awareness and support.

Instructions:

  • Answer 15 Yes/No questions honestly.

  • Each ‘Yes’ indicates a symptom that may need attention.

  • The result will categorize your awareness level as:

    • 🟥 High Possibility of Dyslexia

    • 🟧 Moderate Possibility

    • 🟨 Mild Possibility

    • 🟩 No Dyslexia Detected

Reminder:
If your score indicates moderate or high possibility, don’t panic. Consult a teacher, psychologist, or learning specialist for further assessment and guidance.

Quote:

“Knowing your challenge is the beginning of overcoming it.”
